Product Description The J3R180 is a blank dual-interface JavaCard based on the NXP JCOP4 platform, designed for engineers and developers who need a reliable, standards-compliant card for applet development and system integration testing. The card ships with a standard GlobalPlatform SCP02 secure channel, allowing immediate applet loading via any GP-compliant tool without additional provisioning. The 180K EEPROM capacity supports multi-applet deployments, making it suitable for prototyping complex card-based systems including PKI/PIV credential issuance, FIDO2 authenticators, transit ticketing, and proprietary loyalty or access control applications. Both contact (ISO 7816) and contactless (ISO 14443-A) interfaces are active on the same chip, verified against standard PC/SC readers and ACR/SCM class readers. Note: This card does not include a magnetic stripe. It is a blank white card intended for development and testing use only.
