Each size 2 one-piece copper tip is intended for general hand or machine cutting of steel from 3/4 to 1-1/4 in (19 to 32 mm) under suitable operating conditions. Actual cutting performance depends on the torch setup, regulator pressure, steel condition and operator technique. Before lighting the torch, inspect the tip seat and gas openings, test the system for leaks, and set the regulator pressures according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Wear appropriate eye, hand and body protection. Clean the openings carefully without enlarging or reshaping them.
